Due to heavy order volumes some shipments are delayed.We are currently experiencing shipping delays as a result of significantly increased online purchases, and current USPS, FEDEX and UPS Post delays outside of our control. All Sales are Final. Please be aware that VGN AF LLC takes no responsibility for any damages that occur during transit. If your fruit boxes arrive later than what the shipping provider specifies, VGN AF is not responsible. If your fruits arrive damaged, please take photos and videos and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day of your delivery and our customer service representative will examine it on a case by case basis.Photos submitted after 24 hrs will not be considered for a partial store credit.

ELXR CO BALANCE Orders:
Elxr Co is an artisanal brand, meaning the protein is crafted in small batches at Elxr Co’s cGMP certified green factory. Every single batch of their products is tested in a third party lab for heavy metals, allergens, bad bacteria, yeasts, molds, mycotoxins, pesticides, and irradiation before they get in your hands. While we aim ship sooner, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your protein.
All queries will be responded to within 3 Business days. However, you will likely receive a response much faster on weekdays. Please note that our customer service is not manned on weekends so you will not receive a response until the next business day
We ship to US addresses only and all purchases will be shipped via USPS from our Miami, FL headquarters. You can expect your purchase to ship within 7-14 business days from receipt of your order.
EXOTIC FRUIT ORDERS
Please allow up to 14 business days to process and pack your order. Exotic fruit orders are shipped every 2 wks. except in the event of a natural disaster and excluding public holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship exotic fruits internationally at this time.
Back Ordered & Out Of Stock Items:

Order Cancellation And Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.

What shipping method do you use?
The majority of our packages are shipped by Fedex and/or USPS.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
We work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, but because we ship with third party carriers once it’s with the courier it is out of our hands. So we just need to wait. However, we rarely experience any significant delays. If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender or missing please contact us or send us an email to our dedicated customer service line. So we can provide the fast possible response, please provide your order number and the actual name you ordered with.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
You will not have to sign for delivery unless you specify this with your local post office. VGN AF is not responsible for replacing product in the event that your order is neglected from pickup, damaged or missing. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit or if you leave or forget them in your mailbox. Keep in mind that these are perishable organic fruits and if you put them in direct sunlight or heat, they may to turn into liquid too, get soft and/or crushed so please keep them someplace cool and dry.
VGNAF.com has a very strict user policy and No Refund policy. Neither we nor our partners (Chill Jane and Elxr Co) are responsible for packages after they have left our HQ and transferred to UPS, USPS and/or Fedex. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage(s) that occur during transit. VGN AF does its best to minimize the potential impact of shipping by padding our boxes and wrapping our goods safely before it arrives to its final destination. Prior to dispatch, we also take individual photos of each order for our company records.Whilst we endeavor to provide assistance quickly, VGNAF.com will not tolerate abuse or customers who send three messages within a day regarding the same matter. Anyone who does this with will be placed at the back of the queue. All customer service emails will be responded to within 48hrs. Our customer service representatives are available only on Mondays-Fridays 10am- 3pm EST. All inquiries sent during the weekend will be responded to during business hours.
